Winemaker's comments: "Our vineyards in Paso Robles are in the ideal climate and soil conditions for Rhone varietal wines. Allure de Robles is an estate grown wine that is produced in Cotes du Rhone style. This wine is primarily a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The clones of the grapes are predominantly from Tablas Creek Winery and Vineyard Nursery, meaning they are cuttings from both the Château Beaucastel in the famous Chateauneuf-du-Pape region of France. The vineyard is still young so it is producing a wine similar in style to a Cotes du Rhone but one which should age well for several years.

This wine is medium bodied with strawberry and cherry overtones from the Grenache, body from the Syrah and earthiness from the Mourvèdre. Our Allure de Robles is a great choice for sipping or with a wide variety of foods." -Winery
