100% Fiano yields a unique, sappy white full of almond and walnut tones; rich and quite unctuous with a very lovely character; the acidity on the finish is not overly pronounced which makes this wine a good candidate for risotto, white meats in cream sauce, and anything to do with nuts. A fantastic tasting wine and a good value!
