Intense straw color with greenish tints; suggesting a ripe harvest, the nose displays notes of roasted almond and yellow fruits; the palate is delicate and exotic, somewhere between Alsace and Oregon Pinot gris, weighty, refined and soft; a great bottle to serve over risotto, fatty fish or oriental dishes... and what a value!
