Deep garnet/purple color. The nose is a brilliant combination of black cherry, mulberry, root spices and mineral/earth. Medium to full-bodied, the flavors of black fruit, sweet spices and fine herbs saturate the palate. There is whisper of mineral and smoke in the background; good value.
