Gilles bottled this special 2008 cuvee for us; it comes from a parcel called "la Theriere" and clocks at 13 alc. + 11g. residual, all backed up by a tremendous acidity.
Ripe white fruit and stone components on the flowery nose; the palate is well structured and intense, and reminds you of fresh white fruit along that subtle chalk note; focused, bold, long dry finish with lively acids and a touch of exotic fruit; perfect with oriental cuisine and grilled fish.
