"93 IA / 93 & 92 JS / 90 Dc - Fragrant, Refreshing, Subtle - Rosé, saignée method - 100% Pinot Noir rosé de saignée from the oldest vineyards of the domain - Only 1,200 bottles produced.
93 Ian d'Agata: Bright pink-red colour with a steady stream of fine bubbles. Smoke, strawberry and pomelo at first, then with aeration also offers aromas of red cherry, hazelnuts and delicate sweet spices. Creamy and smooth, finishing long with hints of herbs and strawberry jelly. Strikes me as much better than the previous year's release, in that this is riper, sweeter, and deeper. Drinking window: 2022-2030.
93 JS: A very fruity rosé with plenty of strawberry, cherry and apple character and full body. Yet, it comes across dry and creamy on the palate. Flavorful and refreshing at the end. 100% pinot noir. Drink or hold.
92 JS: Salmon-orange colored with aromas of raspberry, dried apple, grapefruit pith and zest, toast and hazelnut. It’s medium-bodied and crisp with a creamy mousse. Flavorful, fruity and zesty. Dry. White pepper at the end,as well as pink peppercorns.
90 Dc: This sees the grapes given a short maceration (around 20 hours) to preserve freshness and fruitiness in the finished wine. Quite deeply coloured, it's an attractive coral shade in the glass. Firm, tart wild strawberry flavours, harmonious, with good structure and a quite vinous character. A good food wine – would be delicious with lobster. Dosage: 5g/L."
