Philippe's choice: Starry Night Chardonnay Russian river '08 (Russian river)
Made from grapes grown in the rolling hills above the Russian River in an area marked by cool refreshing nights and long warm summer days, this Chardonnay is barrel fermented in a combination of French and American oak barrels.
This Chardonnay has round and full rich flavors of apples, pears and vanilla with a warm creamy and toasty finish.

Mike's choice: Moulin de Chauvigne Savennieres Clos Brochard '09 (Loire)
Old vines Chenin blanc on schist and volcanic rock; great palette of aromas: dried flowers, quince, candied apricot, minerals; bold on the palate, exuberant and harmonious throughout; superb now and will reward extended cellaring. A fantastic 2009, probably the best of the recent vintages; not to be missed for its boldness and richness of flavors!

Vincent's choice: Fern ridge Sauvignon blanc '10 (Marlborough)
This intensely fragrant Sauvignon displays aromas of lychee and gooseberry indicative of the Marlborough region. Soft and round mid palate shows nuances of citrus with lovely limey finish creating length and persistence. One of my all-time favorite Sauvignon, broad, complex and to the point; sometimes that's what counts.
